No day-rate surprises, no scope creep — every tier is scoped, priced, and delivered as a complete system.
Fixed project fees mean your finance team never gets a surprise invoice.
All Workshop of Brooklyn engagements are priced as fixed-fee projects, not day rates. This means you know the full cost before the kick-off call, every deliverable is specified in the proposal, and scope changes are assessed transparently — we will always tell you before we do additional work whether it falls within your package or warrants a separate conversation. Payment is split 50% at kick-off and 50% at handover. All prices shown are exclusive of VAT at the standard Irish rate of 23%.
All three tiers produce a production-ready content system — the difference is scope and speed.
€2,400 one-time
For small teams or solo content managers starting to formalise their workflow
€5,800 one-time
The recommended tier for teams of three to eight — the most complete value at this price point
€11,500 one-time
For teams of nine or more, agencies, or organisations with multiple content streams
“We went with the Studio tier after comparing three agencies. The fixed price and the itemised deliverable list made it easy to get budget sign-off from our CFO in a single meeting. Workshop of Brooklyn delivered every item on time, and the Looker Studio dashboard they built has become the thing our whole marketing team looks at every Monday morning.”
Aoife Brennan, VP Marketing, Corrib Cloud Solutions, Galway
Regardless of which package you choose, these commitments come with every engagement.
Every engagement begins with a written proposal specifying each deliverable, the timeline, the payment schedule, and the acceptance criteria. Nothing is open-ended. If a deliverable is not on the proposal, it is not in scope — and we will tell you that clearly before any extra work is started.
We work inside your existing tools rather than selling you new subscriptions. Whether you are running Notion, Asana, or a well-organised Google Drive, we design the workflow for the environment your team already knows and trusts — removing the adoption barrier before it can slow you down.
Every system we build is documented in plain language: a master workflow reference, a quick-start guide for new hires, and annotated screenshots of every automation. The documentation is maintained in your own workspace so it evolves with your team long after our engagement ends.
All invoices are issued with a valid Irish VAT registration number, compliant with Revenue requirements. If your organisation is VAT-registered, the standard reverse-charge mechanism applies to EU cross-border engagements. A proforma invoice is available on request before contract signature.
Get in touch for a 30-minute scoping call — we will confirm which tier is right and send a proposal within two working days.
